Company specialised in scaffolding is looking for a Technical Project Manager capable of ensuring design, 3D modelling, static calculations and full monitoring of technical projects.
We are seeking an autonomous and experienced person, able to intervene from the project study to its final validation on site.
This position is a key role within the company and offers great autonomy as well as significant responsibilities.
Activity rate: 80 to 100%.
Technical Project Manager – Scaffolding, 3D Modelling and Static Calculations (80-100%)
Your mission
As the company’s true technical reference, you ensure the design, study, modelling and monitoring of scaffolding and temporary structure projects.
You support projects from the initial analysis to the final acceptance on site, guaranteeing their technical compliance, safety and feasibility.
Your responsibilities
Studies and design
* Analysis of client needs and technical constraints.
* Technical surveys on site.
* Design of scaffolding and temporary structures.
* Creation of execution plans and technical details.
* 3D modelling of projects.
Technical office
* Preparation of material lists and quantities.
* Optimisation of technical solutions.
* Carrying out and verification of static calculations.
* Control of stability and compliance of structures.
* Preparation and validation of technical files.
* Signature and technical responsibility of projects according to qualifications and authorisations.
Project management and site monitoring
* Planning and coordination of projects.
* Collaboration with assembly teams.
* Coordination with architects, site managers and clients.
* Monitoring the progress of works.
* Verification of the compliance of completed installations.
* Final acceptance and validation of projects.
Your profile
Mandatory requirements
* Training as a civil engineer, structural engineer, ES technician, draftsman or equivalent training.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling software.
* Strong knowledge of static calculations and material resistance.
* Experience in design and monitoring of technical projects.
* Ability to manage a project independently, from study to acceptance.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Driving licence essential.
Desired experience
Experience in the scaffolding sector is a major asset.
