About Our Client

Job Description
* Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience
* Manage and direct incoming phone calls
* Prepare and maintain conference rooms for meetings
* Oversee office management, including ordering supplies
* Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transportation) for management and staff
* Prepare and process expense reports
* Handle minor technical and facility issues
* Provide general administrative support as needed
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in reception and/or office management roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus
