The Role: SaaS Sales Development Representative

Base pay is $25-$30/hour + Uncapped Commissions. OTE is $90K
* This position is available as work-from-home/remote - Occasional travel is required, at most 3-5 times per year, with most trips expected to be in the Chicago or Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area.

What You’ll Do
* Engage potential clients through cold calling and email outreach, qualifying leads, and securing demo meetings for your sales counterpart.
* Hit & exceed targets, consistently meeting activity and appointment goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
* You will be responsible for maintaining accurate up-to-date information in our CRM system, conducting in-depth research, and prospecting after marketing campaigns.
* Participate in remote and in-person training sessions during onboarding, along with participation in company-wide kickoff events held in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.
* Be a creative thinker and have the think outside the box mentality. You’ll help carve the path here, defining the role for others, being the first LiftNet SDR.
* Be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to identify target markets and contacts, sharing best practices and contributing to a supportive team environment.
* Analyze and report on your key metrics and forecasts.
* Have discipline to follow a repeatable process, but agile enough to try new approaches and pivot when necessary.
What You’ll Bring
* 2-year proven experience as a top performer researching and cold calling to secure B2B appointments for a SaaS solution. If your experience is in Property Management, Government or Higher Ed, even better.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience with technical products and ability to navigate and understand IT/networking discussions in a sales context with enterprise level decision makers.
* Flexibility to call on both the East and West coast.
* Great ability to influence other’s behavior and decision-making processes.
* Positive attitude: one that can manage through challenges and change in a professional manner.
* Naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive with a strong work ethic.
* Detail oriented and organized.
* Working knowledge of email, basic Microsoft Office suite, and CRM (we use Salesforce).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proclivity toward cross-functional collaboration.
* Team Spirited but able to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
* Reliability, punctuality and dependability.
* A naturally curious mindset geared toward continuous learning.
* You’re a quick learner, grasping technical concepts with ease.
* A sense of humor certainly helps!
