CEFIL, managed by the Le Relais Foundation, is a recognised player in French-speaking Switzerland in professional training and socio-professional reintegration. Since 1995, we have offered short and targeted training courses designed to meet the demands of the job market. Our four sites, including Insertec – specialised in microtechnology – offer personalised pathways aimed at the sustainable integration of adults undergoing career changes.

We are currently looking for a:
Office and ICT Trainer at 80%
Your mission:
- Design, deliver, and update theoretical and practical training in office software, IT, and digital technologies;
- Develop digital skills to enhance employability as well as social and professional integration;
- Provide andragogical supervision and support to groups of participants throughout their training journey;
- Assess learning outcomes, monitor participants’ progress, and support them in achieving their goals;
- Work within the various CEFIL structures as well as with institutional partners, notably in prison environments;
- Adapt content, andragogical methods, and support to the needs of the target audiences and the constraints of the intervention environments.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in adult education with FSEA1 certification or equivalent qualification;
- Excellent command of office tools and professional digital environments, including online course platforms (LMS);
- Experience or strong interest in supporting individuals in socio-professional reintegration, with a caring, empowering, and person-centred approach;
- Ability to work in varied environments, including prison settings;
- Driving licence essential and vehicle available, as interventions take place at different sites across the canton, some of which are difficult to access by public transport;
- Good listening skills, adaptability, rigour, and autonomy.
