The North Face EMEA is looking for an outstanding PSS Analyst to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland. The role focuses on Retail Partner and Concession channel, aiming to elevate Merchandising Planning and Trading aligned with the DTC business.ResponsibilitiesLead and evolve a best-in-class digital Merchandising Planning process aligned with the DTC strategy, positioning and seasonal merchandising strategy.Own performance management of the defined assortment, collaborating closely with a cross-functional B&M team of Buyers and Retail Partner managers.Co-operate with the TNG buying team and PSS managers to manage seasonal, monthly and weekly intake requirements.Manage inventory coverage optimisation at product/size level across DCs, focusing on trading performance and stock level optimisation.Align with the go-to-market calendar to ensure seamless execution and accelerated growth.Partner with Buying, PSS and Sales Ops to develop yearly and seasonal merchandise financial plans covering Revenue, COGS, Discounts, Margins, ASP and Units.Set standards for trading and buying processes, deliver best practices across teams, and propose continuous process and tool improvements.Innovate and optimise ways of working by contributing to new processes, tools and reports.Qualifications3+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in Merchandising Planning, trading or equivalent business planning/trading role.Fluent in English and Italian.Experience in Merchandise Planning and analysis within a fast-paced retail business.Deep understanding of B&M environment and retail merchandising success factors.Outstanding knowledge of Retail KPIs and their influence on store P&L.Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of Access, SAP and BI systems is a plus.Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen.Consumer-first, data-savvy and brand-driven mindset.Performance driven, result-oriented team player who delivers.High maturity in managing organisational complexity and effective communication.Strategic and operational decision-making capability.Formal education (Bachelor or Master) is desirable but experience is primary.What’s in it for you?Comprehensive benefits supporting mental, physical and financial well-being.Supportive, feedback-based culture rooted in respect and integrity.Inclusive international environment welcoming diverse backgrounds.On-site gym and health and well-being initiatives.Access to a wide range of VF brand discounts.
