Account Manager – Wholesale (m/f/x)

Location: Baar/Switzerland
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring professional communication and strong, long-term relationships
* Manage and drive sales of our core product portfolio, including diesel, gasoline, heating oil, and bio-blends
* Maintain, develop, and expand our existing customer base within the wholesale segment
* Identify and acquire new customers to support the company’s growth objectives
* Build and strengthen customer relationships through regular contact, on-site visits, and participation in relevant industry events
* Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments, and share relevant insights internally
* Conduct ongoing analysis of sales volumes, customer performance, and market developments to support strategic decision-making
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring strong and sustainable client relationships
* Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Charismatic personality with excellent negotiation and influencing skills, combined with a professional and confident demeanor
* Strong results-oriented and hands-on mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within the sales team and across cross-functional teams, while also working independently in a structured, organized, and disciplined manner
* High level of resilience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and rapidly changing market environment
* Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with an interest in continuously improving and optimizing business processes
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French, German, and English
* Solid knowledge of IT applications, including MS Office and ERP systems
