You lead and inspire a small team of medical laser therapists to give their best by setting the framework through regular briefings and managing daily activities to ensure quality according to internal standards (brand positioning, cleanliness, logistics, and safety). You conduct initial meetings with clients to assess their eligibility for laser treatment and discuss their needs. You perform laser treatments safely, aiming for the best possible outcomes while following established protocols and ensuring client comfort. You collaborate with the medical team to ensure proper client care and adjust treatment plans as necessary. You participate in ongoing training to stay informed about the latest developments in the field. You assist in onboarding and training new employees. You effectively manage the clinic and team, oversee inventory and ordering, manage stock levels, cashier duties, and control transactions. You are responsible for refunds and managing clients in the system. You closely collaborate with the Regional Manager to ensure optimal implementation focused on the clinic’s objectives. Requirements: Experience in team management or recognized leadership development. Ability to work independently as well as part of a commercial team with a taste for customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in client interactions to provide personalized care while respecting professional and ethical standards. Strong team spirit, proven reliability, and a high level of professionalism. A minimum of certified training in medical laser procedures is required (at least 8 days), fully funded by the clinic.
