Your main tasks
Managing construction sites in civil engineering
Communication with the client and active participation in construction meetings
Goal-oriented and efficient preparation and organisation of construction sites
Independent supervision and leadership of employees
Implementing measures to ensure safety on the construction site
Economic deployment planning of machines, equipment and operating materials and responsibility for their proper use
Reporting and measuring the work carried out
Your qualifications
Completed basic training in the construction industry
Training as a foreman or site manager, even if not yet completed
Professional experience in building construction or civil engineering
Independent and committed working style and enjoyment of teamwork
Flexibility and resilience
Customer- and company-oriented thinking and acting
Very good knowledge of German
