We are currently supporting our client in Zürich in the search for a motivated and experienced Senior HR-IT Expert to lead a strategic SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation project within a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a long-term, permanent role directly with our customer in Zürich.
Overview
In this strategic role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Change Management to deliver impactful solutions that drive business growth and enhance internal HR systems. Your work will directly contribute to aligning HR processes with Swiss labor law and compliance standards.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver high-quality SuccessFactors Employee Central projects
* Own and manage both SAP HCM (on-prem) and SAP SuccessFactors (cloud) platforms
* Translate HR business needs into clear technical specifications
* Provide 2nd-level support and act as an escalation point for complex issues
* Drive the rollout of Employee Central and contribute to strategic and technical workstreams
* Act as Business Transformation Lead for a new HR structure
* Mentor junior team members and serve as deputy to the team lead
* Facilitate troubleshooting between external consultants and internal HR stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
* More than 3 years leading HR digital transformation and change management initiatives in international environments
* Hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in global projects
* In-depth knowledge of the HR lifecycle, including Swiss labor law, and SAP Payroll
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and regions
* Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems
* Previous experience delivering projects in both corporate and public sector environments is a strong plus
* Fluency in German and/or Swiss German (working language); business-level English required
