YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor HES or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Experience in EMS and/or CMS appreciated
- Adaptability and responsiveness
- Interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Available for short and medium-term assignments
You will join a team dedicated to quality care and the well-being of residents in EMS and CMS. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing varied nursing care (routine care, specific techniques, personalised support).
- Actively participating in the development and monitoring of projects and individualised care.
- Ensuring compassionate communication with residents, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensuring the application of care and hygiene protocols.
