Contribute innovative ideas to ongoing projects and propose new initiatives within your technical domain
Act as a valuable team member or sub-project leader, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in energy systems, and apply this knowledge to improve operations and customer satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, share your expertise, and support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes
Participate in engineering networks to grow your visibility and knowledge in your area of specialization
Understand the importance of intellectual property (IP), contribute to IP discussions, and identify potential risks in R&D projects
Your background
Master’s degree in electrical engineering
2–5 years of experience in R&D within a business environment
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Solid understanding of energy systems and transformers; experience with bushings is a plus
Ability to align R&D activities with business processes and strategic goals
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
Awareness of intellectual property considerations in the R&D lifecycle
Open-minded, collaborative, creative, and eager to learn
