Join the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK. What you need? The mindset of an athlete. Your profile
* Proven experience in a similar role within Formula 1 or a comparable high-performance motorsport environment
* Expert knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink
* Solid background in mathematical modelling and first-principles physics
* Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

We are seeking an experienced SECU & vTAG Software Engineer to take ownership of our SECU and vTAG software development. You will coordinate feature requests, manage bug fixes, and maintain an overview of all software tasks within the group, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality code. You will focus on long-term, continuous development of our software environment — delivering robust, efficient, and innovative solutions.
