We are seeking a highly skilled Deskside Technician to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve End User Computing (EUC) related issues
* Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software
* Support network connectivity and mobile computing
* Provide VIP and printer/scanner support
* Utilize imaging tools (MDT, Ghost) and recovery tools (USMT)
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of relevant EUC support experience
* Hands-on expertise with Windows 7/10 deployment and maintenance
* Solid knowledge of imaging, backup/recovery tools, and hardware configuration
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Full-time availability and willingness to work onsite
