Job Description
Role
* You will build, develop, and lead a team in sales and marketing.
* This role involves strategic planning and operational sales management for our IP product portfolio. You will engage directly with customers to ensure successful market penetration and explore new opportunities.
* A key part of your role is to identify and assess market potential at the customer level for integrated solutions combining primary packaging, drug delivery devices, and digital health services.
* With a solid understanding of pharma processes, you will build and expand business relationships early in drug development, understanding the healthcare system and commercial models.
* You will lead commercialization strategies, negotiations, and contract definitions.
* Collaborating with Product Management and Digital Health teams, you will define the unique selling propositions for our offerings.
* You will oversee planning and allocation of sales and marketing budgets, and manage team composition, including external partners.
* You will lead marketing strategies, negotiations, and contract drafting.
* Using your market knowledge and trend analysis, you will initiate organizational innovations.
Qualifications
Profile
* University degree in natural sciences or business administration with experience in pharma sales.
* Established international network in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Experience with scientific and commercial presentations in Western Europe and North America.
* Technical understanding of medical devices and digital health contact points.
* Experience with market data and sales statistics.
* Leadership qualities, enthusiasm, empathy, assertiveness, results-oriented mindset, initiative, commitment, and willingness to travel internationally.
