Application Support Engineer (Geneva)

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join a team supporting mission-critical JAVA-based business applications. The role involves ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily operations and support of JAVA-based applications
* Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
* Maintenance of technical documentation
* Monitoring and recovery procedures
* Support for testing and deployment activities
* Collaboration with internal and external development and operations teams
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in production support environments
* Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, SQL, scripting (e.g., Bash), and XML
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Fluency in English (French is an asset)
* EU or Swiss nationality is mandatory
