Responsibilities
* Management and implementation of projects related to dispenser technologies, in accordance with a roadmap defined jointly with the Product Manager and Head of R&D
* Definition of measures to increase expertise in dispenser technology for products and processes, in consultation with the Product Manager and Head of R&D
* Responsible for the planning, production and documentation of test series, samples and process implementation, with cross-departmental cooperation
* Responsible for the specifications of the respective dispensing processes
* Testing new SW and HW releases in connection with dispensing
* Collaborating on the further development of the dispensing application laboratory (data storage, infrastructure, etc.)
Qualifications
* Several years of professional experience as a technologist, process supervisor and/or project manager or in the fields of dispensing process technology, SMT manufacturing and/or back-end semiconductor manufacturing
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Independent, efficient and accurate working style
