CREATEQ offers comprehensive services across all project phases, from ideation to software design & architecture and end-to-end delivery.We are now looking for a Senior Business Development & Sales Manager to join our leadership team in Switzerland.This role is key to drive business growth with new and existing clients.Your MissionAs Senior Business Development & Sales Manager, you are responsible for winning new clients for CREATEQ's custom software engineering and near-shoring services.You own the entire commercial lifecycle from first contact to signed contract and work closely with delivery and engineering leadership to shape compelling, realistic and scalable solutions.You build pipeline through a structured multi-channel go-to-market approach (outbound, inbound follow-up, referrals, partners and selected events) and act as the main commercial interface to prospects and clients.This is a hands-on new business role with a strong entrepreneurial component and high autonomy.What you will do & key responsibilitiesAcquire new clients (new logos) in Switzerland and in the European marketBuild and manage a healthy, predictable sales pipeline using multi-channel outreachSystematically activate your existing network into long-term, paying client relationshipsLeverage your contacts and industry presence to open doors and build trustLead discovery conversations with C-level and senior decision-makers (CIO, CTO, Business Owners, Head of Digital, Product Owners, Head of Engineering)Position CREATEQ’s software engineering expertise onsite and nearshoring model (Swiss account leadership, architects and analysts + European delivery) clearly and crediblyShape proposals, commercial models and contracts together with delivery leadershipNegotiate and close long-term software engineering engagements (projects, modernization, operations, dedicated teams, staff augmentation)Collaborate with marketing on positioning, campaigns, case studies and market presenceRepresent CREATEQ externally with confidence and professionalismFeed market insights back into strategy, offerings and positioningWhat we are looking for :Proven track record in B2B business development and sales in custom software industryStrong understanding of software engineering, architectures, and service delivery modelsExperience selling professional services, software engineering and nearshore / offshore distributed delivery modelsAbility to independently open doors, qualify opportunities and close dealsStrong commercial judgement and structured sales approachComfortable working without a large sales team, but closely aligned with delivery and marketingExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levelsFluent in German and EnglishBased in Greater Zurich AreaWillingness to travel across target marketsWhy Join CREATEQ?High-impact role with direct influence on the company’s growthClear focus on new business with strong delivery backingEntrepreneurial environment with short decision pathsCompetitive compensation with performance-based upsideHybrid working model 40/60 (office in Pfäffikon SZ, next to the train station)Strong collaboration with nearshore delivery centres and partners across EuropeReady to Build the Future with Us?If you are a senior, credible sales professional who enjoys building business, shaping deals and creating long-term client relationships, we would love to hear from you.Apply now and help shape the growth story of CREATEQ!
