This role sits at the operational core of the finance function and plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, stable processes, and compliant financial operations during an important system transformation phase. Job Description * Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities * Ensure accurate postings within the general ledger and sub-ledgers * Perform account reconciliations and maintain audit-ready documentation * Support accounts payable and receivable processes * Prepare and execute weekly, monthly, and annual closing activities * Contribute to structured and reliable group reporting * Ensure compliance with IFRS and Swiss statutory accounting standards * Support internal and external audits * Assist with tax and VAT-related matters (Swiss and EU context) * Work within SAP FI/CO on a daily basis * Support finance processes during an ongoing SAP transformation project * Contribute to maintaining structured reporting environments * Ensure accurate master data and allocation structures The Successful Applicant * 5-10 years of experience in a comparable financial accounting role * Strong hands-on expertise in IFRS and Swiss GAAP * Solid operational accounting background (GL, reconciliations, closing) * Experience in an industrial or FMCG environment is a plus * SAP FI/CO knowledge is mandatory * Hyperion (HFM) knowledge is advantageous * Advanced Excel skills * Fluent in English; German at conversational level required We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in structured environments and takes full ownership of accounting processes.
