Job Purpose
Product Marketing Specialist
Within their geographical area, He/She is responsible for implementing marketing activities to promote and drive sales for his/her assigned product portfolio (brands and machines).
Given the diversity of their area and the maturity of the various markets, particularly in terms of mechanization and agriculture, the Product Marketing Specialist must develop an understanding of each market to define and implement marketing actions, sales initiatives, and other activities that are specific and adapted to each country.
Through his/her work, he/she contributes to the sales results and market share of the product lines within the area.
Key Responsibilities
* Defines product specifications to be offered to customers based on each market's demand (e.g., product offering, creation of standard configurations based on information provided by the EMEA regional marketing department).
* Market analysis, competitor offering research and benchmarking trends to contribute to sales forecasting.
* Coordinates with both the Sales team and the EMEA marketing department to define and implement the product go-to-market plan.
* Provides information and feedback from the field to the EMEA marketing team to ensure product development teams understand the specific requirements of different markets.
* Contributes to the preparation of sales training materials and coordinates central training activities for the MEA region.
* Supports the sales teams in achieving their market objectives.
* Develops the annual marketing plan for the products under his/her responsibility.
* Coordinates sales and marketing events for the products under responsibility.
Experience Required
* Prior experience in emerging markets
* Basic knowledge of precision agriculture and telematics
* In-depth knowledge of the agricultural products under responsibility / understanding of agronomy
* Practical knowledge of CNH's businesses and industrial processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Fluency in English and French
* Knowledge of Arabic and/or Portuguese would be an advantage
* Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, organization, flexibility, structured approach, foresight, and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering or Marketing degree
