* Responsible for the development and implementation of a communication strategy for our flagship property, Chenot Palace Weggis, in key feeder and evolving markets, working in partnership with colleagues in Sales, Revenue Management and Digital Marketing.
* Ownership of the PR strategy for Chenot Palace Weggis, working alongside the Chenot Director of Marketing and PR to ensure alignment with the overarching Chenot Group PR objectives
* Continuous alignment and project initialization with our lead PR agencies (bi-weekly catch-up calls and periodic in-person meetings)
* Planning, organization, and on-site management of journalist (and influencer) visits
* Securement and planning of interview opportunities with our spokesperson Dr George Gaitanos
* Assisting with the planning and organization of PR and Client engagement events and partnerships in our key feeder and evolving markets (could include travelling abroad)
* Maintenance of journalist- and influencer database and contact retention (relationship-building)
* Development and production of marketing materials in line with our C/I
* Lead of all internal (and guest) communication in line with the company's C/I
* Managing the creation of hotel presentations & internal collateral
* Independent follow-up of our budget and forecast (invoice control) in alignment with the relevant property and corporate personnel
* Creation of monthly PR- and Marketing reports with performance updates against set KPIs
* A passion for health and wellness and an understanding of emerging trends in the sector
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related hospitality field
* Minimum of 7+ years in luxury hospitality or wellness industry marketing/PR, with proven leadership experience
* Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential
* Strong network of media contacts and partnerships in the wellness and luxury industries.
* Experience communicating to a global HNW audience:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools
* Proactive, high-motivated and reliable team working with attention to detail
* Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and excellent project management skills
* A strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and the ability to tailor messaging accordingly
* Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through impactful marketing strategies
