You will ensure the support, supervision, and well-being of adolescent girls aged 13 to 15 residing at the institution. You will contribute to creating a secure, structured, and caring environment that fosters their personal development, autonomy, and respect for community life.Your main missions:- Supervise the adolescents on a daily basis by fostering their autonomy, respect for rules, and responsible management of their daily lives.- Ensure supervision of daily life after classes.- Accompany students during extracurricular activities, trips to town, and excursions.- Ensure supervision during dinner and evenings until bedtime.- Collaborate closely with teams and medical staff in monitoring students.- Participate in follow-up meetings and keep individual files up to date (behaviors, incidents, progress, and specific needs).- Encourage an environment of mutual respect, dialogue, and trust.- Supervise certain outings and trips abroad organized as part of the program.- Be available, according to the needs of the establishment, to provide occasional support to the High School section.Profile:- Completed training (secondary II or tertiary level) in the fields of social work, specialized education, psychology, pedagogy, or a related field.- Good knowledge of adolescent development.- Listening skills and emotional stability.- Ability to set a clear framework with kindness.- Ability to react appropriately in crisis situations.- Ease in teamwork.- Proficiency in standard tools for monitoring.- Mastery of French and English, both oral and written; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.- Clean criminal record required.- Clean special criminal record required.Conditions:- 100% position – 40 hours/week.- Schedule distributed from Saturday to Wednesday.- Presence in the evening and during weekends.- Occasional participation in trips and outdoor activities.- Start date: September 1st.Interested?We look forward to receiving your complete application file (CV, cover letter, work certificates, and diplomas).Only applications submitted via the platform will be considered.Deadline: no later than June 12th. jid1f80068aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
