The successful candidate will take full ownership of plant controlling activities during a transitional period, ensuring continuity and stability across finance operations while supporting ongoing projects and the budget cycle.The role offers exposure to a regional scope (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Bulgaria via a Shared Service Center) and the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the Plant Controlling functionSupport the ongoing budgeting and forecasting cycle, including planning and executionProvide operational performance analysis and actionable insights to support decision‑makingLead weekly and monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis and reportingAct as the local point of contact for all controlling and accounting‑related topicsPartner closely with production, operations, and commercial teams in a matrix environmentDrive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) in collaboration with the Commercial Business PartnerManage and support project controlling activities, particularly related to a new production setup and facility constructionWork closely with the Shared Service Center in Sofia to ensure smooth financial operationsAct as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to site leadership, providing well‑founded recommendationsProfileMinimum 5+ years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing environment; experience in facility/plant controlling is preferredStrong understanding of operational finance in a production settingHands‑on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate independentlyStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with SAP is required; knowledge of any consolidation tool would be an advantageAbility to start immediately or at very short‑noticeCH/EU national or valid CH working permitIf you do not hear from us within two to three weeks, it is likely that we will not be progressing your application further on this occasion.
