The
Junior Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator
provide daily operational support to the Supply Chain & Customer Service department, by contributing to production planning follow-up, raw material procurement, and customer order management. The Junior Coordinator will work closely with the supply and Customer service team and will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing support in the management of both suppliers (CMOs) and customers.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply Chain / Production (CMOs)
* Support the follow-up of production orders with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
* Collect and consolidate production and delivery data.
* Monitor planning confirmations and update schedule changes.
* Contribute to tracking KPIs such as OTIF and delivery performance.
Procurement / ERP – MRP
* Complete purchasing data and follow purchase orders for raw materials in the ERP system.
* Update inventory data and ensure stock accuracy.
* Support MRP runs by preparing purchase recommendations.
* Assist with administrative follow-up on receipts and discrepancies.
Customer Service
* Enter and confirm customer orders in the ERP.
* Manage Orders processing with the Third-Party logistics provider and be a key contact for daily activities (pick&pack, warehousing and logistics).
* Coordinate with the Third-Party logistics country-specific rework of finished products, when applicable.
* Ensure efficient Customer order process and products reworking processes according to Quality & Regulatory requirements.
* Monitor shipments and proactively update customers on order status.
* Handle routine requests related to lead times, transport, or documentation.
* Support Supply Chain on operational activities upon request.
* Communicate to Quality department any potential complaint or non-conformity.
* Lead and manage projects, within scope of activities working with cross-functional teams, as may be required, including, but not limited to, for 1- Transport optimization, 2- launching new products and new countries, and 3- Third-Party logistics provider's "system transition".
* Generate reports on metrics as requested.
* SAP key user for Sales
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
* Ongoing bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or equivalent.
* First internship experience in supply chain, procurement, production, or customer service – ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
* Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and good command of Excel.
* Professional English (written and spoken) for daily interactions with international partners.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
* Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
