Reporting to the Regional Finance Director and to the local General Manager, the Finance Officer is responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial tasks and supports the office's financial reporting.Our client is the Swiss subsidiary of a globally renowned firm, a business services firm with a business-oriented approach, combining deep expertise with a value-driven culture. The business services team ensures the smooth financial operation of the office, in compliance with local and group policies.DescriptionAccounting & Reporting- Record and monitor accounting entries (payroll, accruals, fixed assets, invoices, bank)- Manage accounts receivable and payable- Process and monitor expense reports- Liaise with headquarters on specific client accounts- Handle interoffice billing and bank accounts and perform reconciliations- Prepare regular reports (receivables, activity, WIP)- Maintain monthly financial dashboards (working capital, compliance tracking, etc.)- Assist with statutory filings (quarterly and annual filings)- Liaise with external service providersBilling- Support the billing process from drafting to final client invoice when requiredFinancial Support- Assist with monthly closing and cash flow forecasting- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting- Liaise with auditors and external advisors- Respond to internal & external queriesProfile & Experience- Degree in Accounting (Brevet de Spécialiste en Finance & Comptabilité, ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred)- Relevant accounting experience, ideally within a professional services environmentSkills- Fluent in English and French- Good knowledge of accounting systems and MS Office- High level of accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills- Analytical mindset and solution-orientedOffer- A dynamic and professional work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Competitive salary. jid33a58ecaen jit0522aen jpiy26aen
