This role is focused on converting high-intent inbound leads into confirmed customers through confident, fast, and persuasive phone-based sales conversations. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking home services, guiding them from initial interest to completed booking or payment within a single call. The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. You will also play a key operational role by ensuring accurate CRM updates and supporting smooth customer flow behind the scenes. Success in this position depends on your ability to stay in control of conversations, handle objections effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. This is a remote focused role within a growing home services business environment where responsiveness and professionalism directly impact revenue.
Accountabilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls from interested prospects seeking home services
Quickly identify customer needs and pain points within the first minutes of conversation
Present services clearly and guide prospects toward a same-call decision and booking
Close sales on the first call, including confidently requesting and processing payment
Manage objections in real time and steer conversations toward conversion
Maintain control of calls while keeping a natural, professional, and persuasive tone
Accurately update CRM systems (Housecall Pro) with call outcomes and customer details
Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales performance targets
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, US-friendly communication style
Strong sales-driven personality with persuasive and assertive communication skills
Proven experience closing deals over the phone during the same call (not appointment setting or lead qualification only)
Confidence in asking for payment directly and completing transactions during calls
Strong objection-handling abilities with the capacity to overcome hesitation and push toward closing
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and proactive communicator capable of working independently
Comfortable representing U.S. home service businesses in a professional and trustworthy manner
Full-time availability aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours
Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace for professional calls
Nice to have: experience with Housecall Pro or similar CRMs, commission-based roles, home services industry, or tools such as Google Workspace or Canva

Monthly salary between USD 1,000–1,200 depending on experience and skills
