Why This Role Matters
As an analyst in the Commercial & Partnerships team, you will support the management of Alpian’s external partners and contribute to key projects that ensure robust and compliant operations.
You will gain exposure to contract management, outsourcing frameworks, and cross‑functional collaboration, playing a meaningful role in maintaining strong and efficient partnerships that underpin Alpian’s service offering.
Your Responsibilities
* Support day‑to‑day management and monitoring of third‑party partnerships
* Assist across the contract lifecycle: documentation, tracking, renewals, and updates
* Contribute to strategic projects, including outsourcing consolidation and regulatory reporting
* Maintain outsourcing registers and related compliance documentation
* Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure cross‑functional alignment
* Track partnership performance through cost analysis and structured reporting
* Help resolve operational issues and escalations with external partners
* Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and documentation standards
Your Profile
Must-have
* Graduated from a Business, Finance, or Engineering program
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel
* Fluency in English (C1 level or above)
Nice-to-have
* Previous internship or experience in a similar environment
* Understanding of financial services or banking environment
* Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above)
* Interest in contract management, outsourcing, revenue generation
