Bano is an international company with sales offices across Europe. Our administrative headquarters, central warehouse, and manufacturing facilities in idyllic Sandane, Western Norway, design, develop, and produce more than 4000 bathrooms per year, all undergoing rigorous testing and quality assurance.
Senior Technical Sales & Project Manager, Switzerland (French speaking)
Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will drive the establishment and growth of our bathroom concept within the Swiss healthcare market. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales to nursing homes, elderly care facilities, rehabilitation clinics, and hospitals. You'll own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to project delivery, playing a vital part in introducing and integrating Bano's innovative solutions across Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to build a market and potentially lead future organizational growth.
Your main responsibilities will include
* Market Entry & Business Development: Identify, initiate contact with, and present our bathroom concept to potential project leads within the Swiss healthcare sector
* Stakeholder Engagement & Sales Cycle Management: Secure buy-in for our solution from various project stakeholders, prepare comprehensive proposals, and close agreements.
* Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from agreement to delivery, ensuring "on time - in full" execution in close collaboration with our production and technical departments.
* Market Development & Adaptability: Contribute actively to a developing market, taking on diverse tasks as needed that may extend beyond a fixed job description.
* Local Office Management: Operate from an established Bano office conveniently located near your residence.
Qualifications
* Sales & Technical Acumen: Ideally capable of covering both sales and technical assistance. Minimum requirement: strong technical understanding, including the ability to present and explain simple technical drawings and communicate effectively with plumbers, contractors, and our technical departments
* Commercial Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably from long-term sales processes or project sales (1-5 years)
* Industry Network: Desired to have a strong network within the construction industry and/or nursing homes/hospitals in Switzerland
* Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in French (primary focus on French-speaking Switzerland). Proficiency in English and/or German is also required, as the working language will be one of these
* Software Knowledge (Advantageous): Familiarity with and/or proficiency in drawing programs such as Archicad and Revit.
* Senior Profile: This role requires a more senior than junior profile, reflecting the opportunity for significant career progression (e.g., Country Manager) within Bano.
