Job Description

* Coordinate and follow up on cross‑functional projects (real estate, investments,
Executive Support
* calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and priorities for the leadership team.
* Prepare presentations, briefing notes, reports, and correspondence.
* Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Project Coordination
* Coordinate and follow up on a variety of projects (real estate, investments, philanthropy, internal operations, etc.).
* Track timelines, prepare project plans, and support basic budget monitoring.
* Prepare progress reports and ensure clear information flow between all parties involved.
Organization & Administration
* Maintain documentation, contracts, files, and databases.
* Organize internal and external events (meetings, committees, travel‑related arrangements).
* Uphold strict confidentiality on all matters relating to the family office.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a demanding environment (family office, finance, consulting, executive leadership).
* Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and absolute discretion.
* Highly organized, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.
* Fluent in French and English (bilingual proficiency required).
* Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
