We are seeking an experienced SAP Authorizations Expert in our Technology, Infrastructure & Operations team. You will design, build, and support global SAP (and non-SAP) Authorization solutions end-to-end, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and efficient.
Your responsibilities
1. Lead SAP Authorization solutions and manage third-party systems within global authorization applications, covering both technical and procedural aspects.
2. Gather business and technical requirements, translate them into designs, implement solutions, and manage changes through the Change Management lifecycle.
3. Ensure quality and compliance of solutions according to Swiss Life standards and directives.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing procedural and technical enhancements to streamline or optimize setups.
5. Troubleshoot existing solutions, manage incidents, and support end users (3rd line support).
Your strengths
1. At least 10 years of experience in SAP Authorization solutions design, support, and administration, especially in finance-related projects.
2. Effective communication skills with various stakeholders and ability to manage pressure.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
4. Passionate about creating automated, effective, and transformative solutions.
5. Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
