We are looking for a full-time Booking Manager (B2B) immediately or as agreed. As a Booking Manager, you are the main contact for our professional clients (travel agencies, market managers) and our partners. You manage B2B bookings and ensure that our partners can easily find and book the ideal experience in our Valais region. You actively contribute to the quality, efficiency, and satisfaction of clients throughout the booking process and customer journey. You handle inquiries from travel agencies and market managers, ensuring the entire booking and fulfillment process, including vouchers, invoices, and notes. You serve as the central contact for clients and partners before, during, and after the booking. You support key market managers, partners, and travel agencies with advice and share your expertise. You maintain and optimize products in our B2B and B2C systems and actively contribute to the development of our shops. You analyze data and commercial insights to provide useful reporting and market insights. You take on backup tasks for the B2C FIT and B2C Groups service. You have completed a commercial or tourism course (HES/ES) and have experience with digital distribution channels in the travel sector, ideally with a travel agency, a tour operator, or in tourism (hospitality, railways, ski lifts).
