Your Role As Sales Controller, you'll be at the heart of the action, collaborating across multifunctional teams throughout the Nordic countries and with our HQ in Switzerland. Thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment, where your adaptability and innovative spirit make waves. You will report directly to the Head of Controlling and bring your expertise to challenge norms, forging positive changes in business control practices.
Key responsibilities
Market Responsibility: Independently responsible for one or two of the country and/or retail business. Together with head of controlling, provide strategic guidance to the Sales and Marketing team, focusing on long-term strategy outlooks.
Insights and Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis on product and customer profitability, initiative launches, trade margins, and negotiation strategies.
Pricing Calculation and Analysis: Lead the pricing calculation and analysis processes to ensure competitive and profitable price management.
Budget Management: Oversee the entire budget process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets, as well as keeping to corporate deadlines.
Forecasting: Lead the forecasting process (two or three times a year), collaborating with the Nordic commercial team to meet specific submission deadlines.
Monthly Closing and Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closing and subsequent reporting.
Who you are To succeed in the role as a Sales Controller at Lindt you need to have the ability to build partnerships with multifunctional teams and with HQ in Switzerland. You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you work and communicate effectively. You also:
Have strong competence in using Excel and SAP for financial analysis and reporting.
Are comfortable learning and rolling out new systems related to monthly reporting (SAC), forecast and budgeting (Tagetik), and closing (new ERP rollout).
Have about 3 or more years of experience in controlling in a global FMCG environment.
Are fluent and confident in Swedish & English.
