Responsibilities
1. Maintain and support core reinsurance applications
2. Deliver 2nd-level support for the ZIRIS platform
3. Lead SAP FS-CD functional analysis across passive, active, and multinational reinsurance
4. Collaborate with teams in Switzerland, Belgium, and Romania
5. Translate business requirements into specifications for nearshore developers
6. Contribute to system enhancements and modernization of reinsurance solutions
Profile
7. Deep SAP FS-CD expertise
8. Experience with at least one full FS-CD implementation cycle
9. Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
10. Strong communication skills to explain technical topics clearly
11. Fluent English
12. Project management experience
