Accounting and Operations Assistant
As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of our Technology and Operations division. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
**Responsibilities:**
• Administrative tasks for the Technology and Operations division
• Contract management: creation, classification, tracking of deadlines, and updating of contract database
• Accounts payable management: receipt, processing, and validation of invoices, order verification, and sending purchase orders to suppliers
• Purchase Order (PO) management: overseeing PO creation and validation, ensuring proper use of PO management tool
• Support to users in T&O division on tool usage
• Financial accounting for the Technology and Operations division
• Engagement tracking: extracting data from PO tracking tool for financial monitoring and presenting in dashboard format, analyzing cash and P&L expenditure levels compared to commitments
• Financial tracking tool management: creating budget lines, ensuring financial tracking tool reflects accurate closing account
**Requirements:**
• Strong background in finance, control, or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong sense of service, precision, autonomy, and confidentiality
• Familiarity with Coupa tool an asset
• Residence in Switzerland
