Responsibilities
* Owning key tasks in Controlling, focusing on performance analysis and top management reporting
* Actively contributing to international finance projects, gaining exposure to cross-collaboration and strategic initiatives
* Supporting financial planning, including target setting and investment evaluation
* Building a strong cross-functional and regional network within the company to support long-term career development
Requirements
* Outstanding academic qualifications: Master’s degree from an established university, ideally with a focus on Finance or related fields
* Strong leadership potential aimed at future leadership roles
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Ability to simplify complexity and influence through analysis
* High commitment and openness to international mobility
