In this role, you will work closely with Learning Program Owners to support high-impact programs such as Compliance Risk and Leader Learning and AI Education. The role is well‑suited for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and brings both analytical strength and strong execution capability to large‑scale initiatives. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liSupport administration and execution of enterprise learning programs like Compliance Risk and Leader Learning and AI Education, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met or exceeded. /li liPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable, user‑centered deliverables. /li liCreate, curate, and refine learning content, iterating based on user feedback, data, and evolving needs. /li liManage program communications ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment. /li liManage learning operations (registration, logistics, vendor payments). /li liMaintain and update course curriculum, communications, and process documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment. /li liSupport discovery by gathering inputs, organizing insights, and identifying what matters most for users. /li liGather and analyze data and metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve program impact and user experience. /li liPrepare and deliver executive‑ready reports and presentations, translating complex data into clear insights; present findings to leaders and drive data‑informed recommendations for program improvements. /li liApply independent judgment and structured problem‑solving to ambiguous program challenges, synthesizing incomplete inputs into clear recommendations. /li liLeverage AI tools to improve speed and effectiveness. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbExperience Required: /b /p ul li3–5 years of experience in Learning Development, Organizational Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, or a related field. /li liStrong project coordination and execution skills, including prioritization, trade‑off decisions, and stakeholder alignment across competing demands. /li liExperience managing multiple priorities across stakeholders. /li liDemonstrated ability to develop and deliver executive‑ready communications, including presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership audiences. /li liExperience solving open‑ended problems and translating ambiguous business needs into structured analyses and recommendations. /li /ul pbExperience Preferred: /b /p ul liExperience supporting learning programs, projects, or initiatives. /li liExperience with content development or curation, ideally learning, enablement or instructional design. /li liExperience with learning content development, curation, or instructional design. /li liFamiliarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning tools, ideally Articulate, Colossyan, Canva or Skillsoft. /li liExperience working with data, reporting, and basic analysis.li /liliExperience developing communications or stakeholder‑facing materials. /li liExperience in global or multi‑location organizations. /li /ul pThe position responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive.
