Job Description
Create and update customer accounts and price lists ensuring accuracy and consistency according to established checklists
Manage the creation and updating of surgeon profiles in the system
Review, manage, and archive contracts, ensuring proper follow-up and compliance with organizational procedures.
Review, manage, and archive Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) documents, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Prepare for and support audits, ensuring all relevant documentation and processes meet audit standards.
Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting for Customer Service, STAAR Management and Sales
Provide on-demand backup support for Customer Service Representatives
Your profile
Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar)
Working experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization is preferred
Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
Proficient computer and MS Office skills
Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus
