Junior Supply Chain Planner and Product Management Associate
This role involves assuming responsibility for a specific product portfolio within the business areas. The successful candidate will create long and mid-term supply planning for intermediates and finished products, supporting short-term scheduling as needed.
The Junior Supply Chain Planner and Product Management Associate will act as Supply Chain Business Partner for the commercial organization, interacting with external customers on demand and supply items as well as product life cycle management.
* Develop long and mid-term supply plans for intermediates and finished products.
* Monitor stock levels, generate internal reports and initiate sourcing for external materials.
* Oversee internal artwork and labeling changes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, especially GMP and IVDR.
* Assist manufacturing operations with short-term scheduling.
* Supervise the availability of key externally sourced materials.
* Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless supply.
* Support the commercial organization in engaging with external customers regarding demand and supply items.
A university degree preferably in pharmaceuticals, business engineering or business economics is required. Experience in supply chain of pharmaceutical, medical devices or cosmetics industry, knowledge of ERP and planning IT systems and strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills are highly valued.

Qualifications:
* University degree in pharmaceuticals, business engineering or business economics.
* Experience in supply chain of pharmaceutical, medical devices or cosmetics industry.
* Knowledge of ERP and planning IT systems.
* Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
* Familiarity with compliance regulations, especially GMP and IVDR.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and collaboration skills, is self-motivated and able to work under pressure. They should also have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and processes.
