Define UCI’s partnership and merchandising strategy /b /p ul liContribute to the design and development of marketing, sponsorship, and communication packages (marketing rights, hospitality, activations, digital) with the commercial team /li liDesign and update marketing and sponsorship packages /li liIdentify innovative revenue opportunities and propose new marketing concepts /li /ul pb2. Oversee partnership and merchandising programs management activation /b /p ul liManage relationships with partners: coordination, meetings, communication, and corporate events /li liSupervise the delivery of all marketing rights and digital activations across events. /li liDefine and validate the allocation of marketing rights for each event /li liOversee marketing and merchandising activities, validate local partners, and organize site visits with sponsors and LOCs /li liEnsure marketing and merchandising follow-up across all events and LOC (Local Organising Committee) contracts /li liLead the renegotiation of existing contracts /li liDevelop initiatives beyond contractual scope to enhance partnership value /li /ul ul liDeploy and oversee the merchandising strategy for the UCI “Rainbow” brand /li liApprove product ranges, select production and distribution partners, and ensure proper brand usage compliance. /li /ul pb3.
