Responsibilities
* Manage accounting responsibilities including main and subsidiary ledgers.
* Handle creditor management and payment transactions efficiently.
* Prepare annual financial statements and cash flow reconciliations.
* Professional responsibility for accounting (main and subsidiary ledgers)
* Processing of accounts payable including payment transactions
* Preparation of annual financial statements
* Posting of cash flows with continuous balance control
* Preparation and support of the annual audit
* Preparation of monthly evaluations
* Participation in projects in the area of finance & controlling
Qualifications
* Commercial training with further education in accounting required.
* Strong analytical skills and a flair for numbers are essential.
* Excellent German proficiency and high IT affinity, especially in Excel.
* Commercial training with further education as an accounting clerk (or similar)
* Several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the public administration
* Numerical flair, analytical skills and a high degree of personal responsibility as well as reliability
* Very good knowledge of German
* High IT affinity with sound knowledge of MS Office programmes, especially Excel
* Independent and committed personality with team spirit
