The Role
Join us as an Alliance Lead ALPS and be a key part of Kyndryl’s growth. We seek a dedicated, results-driven professional to drive growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
As an Alliance Leader, you will lead a team focused on expanding Kyndryl’s services, signings, and revenue. You will collaborate closely with our Alliance Partners to leverage their technology and co-create industry-revolutionizing offerings.
Your strategic insight, combined with your business, technical, and sales skills, will be crucial to our success. You will promote the adoption of Kyndryl's services across all markets and countries, unlocking new opportunities and fostering exponential growth.
In partnership with Customer Partners, you will develop, nurture, and manage relationships with alliance partners at various organizational levels, helping to define, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation and modernization programs tailored to enterprise clients’ needs.
Responsibilities as an Alliance Leader ALPS
1. Spearhead the development, execution, and management of strategic alliance activities to ensure partnership success.
2. Create compelling content and motivate your team by establishing go-to-market programs that drive partnership growth.
3. Utilize your understanding of the alliances landscape, partner programs, and industry trends to maximize benefits for Kyndryl’s deals and clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners, gaining industry insights to drive mutual growth.
5. Expand your network locally and globally to forge new relationships that add value and solve complex problems.

Who You Are
You are experienced and possess a growth mindset, eager to develop personally and professionally. You prioritize customer success and are inclusive in your approach, working well with diverse teams and clients.
Required Skills and Experience
* 5+ years in sales and business development
* Strong alliance experience
* Experience managing a region in Austria and/or Switzerland, including P&L responsibilities
* Deep knowledge of alliances with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud) and/or other key alliances (ServiceNow, SAP, etc.)
* Proven leadership and managerial skills with business accountability
* Network-building skills across industries, with expertise in cloud technologies and trends
* Excellent management and relationship skills, with stakeholder influence ability
* Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
