Requirements profile
Proven track record as CFO with at least 5 years in the technology sector, software, professional services, consulting, managed services
Expertise in Swiss accounting standards, Swiss VAT including group structures, transfer pricing, intercompany cash handling, Swiss and international legal and tax issues, compliance and internal control systems (ICS) experience
M&A experience in the SME sector
Experience with target operating models
Solid educational background, e.g. degree in business administration or Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting/Controlling or similar qualification
