ResponsibilitiesHands-on
Automation: You are responsible for the programming and
parameterization of state-of-the-art welding systems during the
industrialization of new
products.Process Evolution:
You analyze existing workflows, identify potential, and drive
process optimizations in a proactive and data-driven
manner.Technical
Consulting: In the event of complex system and process disruptions,
you act as the central "Single Point of Contact" and problem-solver
for internal departments as well as external
partners.Your
ProfileFoundation: Completed
technical degree in mechanical
engineering.Technical
Expertise: Several years of deep theoretical and practical
experience in arc
welding.The Strong Plus: A
certification as a Welding Engineer (SFI/IWE) alongside knowledge
in the metallurgy of corrosion-resistant
steels.Methodology &
Tech: You preferably bring experience in programming welding
robots. Quality and lean methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Six Sigma, DOE)
are familiar tools to
you.Mindset: You possess a
strong affinity for numbers and data, an excellent understanding of
processes, and you communicate
clearly.Languages: very
good German and English skills to ensure smooth
interdisciplinary
collaboration.The
