Overview
Restaurant Shift Lead at Circle K. The position supervises the operations of a shift in a restaurant, coordinates the work of team members on the shift, and maintains Company and Brand standards to ensure guests leave satisfied.
Responsibilities
* Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same
* Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties. Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
* Directs the team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations. Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
* Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
* Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift. Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
* Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
* Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
* Completes reports on all incidents following the company’s 5-minute rule policy
