We are seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing processes, enhancing client experiences, and delivering impactful campaigns.
Your contribution to KPMG
Marketing Operations Management & Process Optimization
* Coordinate campaign send-outs, including target group selection, scheduling, and execution.
* Provide first-level user support for internal marketing tools.
* Own and further develop the end-to-end lead management process.
* Optimize marketing operations by streamlining and optimizing our internal processes.
Onboarding & Training
* Develop and deliver onboarding programs for marketing teams, including training sessions and documentation.
* Ensure adherence to compliance standards across all training materials and marketing practices.
Customer Insights & Marketing Automation
* Collect and analyze user requirements to enhance marketing journeys.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of client experiences across digital touchpoints.
* Design and maintain automated client journeys using marketing automation tools
This is what makes you successful
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
* 3-4 years of relevant experience in CRM, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role.
* Proven experience with e-mail marketing tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
* Experience with target group segmentation and A/B testing
* Strong understanding of lead management and client journey optimization.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken)
