Responsibilities
1. Execute the Retail Excellence Strategy
2. Support the rollout of the Retail Excellence roadmap across Travel Retail Europe, focusing on elevating customer experience and store performance.
3. Collaborate closely with global and local teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of key initiatives.
4. Maintain and regularly update the door segmentation and classification database in coordination with the Retail Manager and Global Travel Retail teams.
5. Assist in the deployment and implementation of a new Retail Digital Tool to enhance field efficiency and visibility.
6. Contribute to the rollout of a signature Selling Ceremony for fragrances and makeup to create a premium in-store experience.
7. Organize and coordinate the Annual International Education Seminar for Beauty Advisors, ensuring a high-impact and engaging learning experience.
8. Partner with the Global Team to implement Mystery Shopping programs, analyze insights, and co-create action plans with field sales teams.
9. Help define incentive guidelines for TR Europe, working alongside the Retail Manager and Brand Teams to motivate Beauty Advisors and drive excellence.
10. Retail & Training Support
11. Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Director and Retail Manager across various projects and initiatives.
12. Assist the Training Team in coordinating training activities, tools, and events across the region.

Key Qualifications & Skills
13. 3-5 years’ experience in a retail, training, or marketing coordination role, ideally in the beauty or luxury industry
14. Project management experience
15. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
16. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital tools and platforms is a plus
18. Fluent in English; other European languages are an asset
