PbGlobal Operational Risk Resilience Oversight (ORRO) /bis an independent second line risk function that provides challenge and oversight and guidance to a variety of stakeholders so that operational risks are appropriately managed and in alignment with risk appetite. Specifically, the ORRO department is responsible for providing independent oversight of policies, procedures and standards concerning the measurement, monitoring, control and reporting of risks. /ppReporting to the bAVP of Global ORRO Governance, Strategy and Risk Programs Oversight /b, this manager role will support the pillar and will provide oversight a challenge over the key metrics and trends to support operational risk posture. /ppThe position requires a good foundation and understanding of, specifically around key risk indicators. The position also requires risks and controls knowledge and experience, and solid communication and influencing skills.
