Mantu is seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Finance & Treasury Analyst to join our team for a VIE contract. This position offers a unique opportunity to start in Geneva and, after a successful probation period, relocate to Porto for the remainder of the contract.
Your Role:
As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for new talent within our Finance team. You will join the Corporate Financing & Treasury department, being part of a multicultural team with members based in France, Switzerland, South Africa & Vietnam. We are recruiting a Corporate Finance & Treasury Analyst to support growing activities on an international perimeter. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Financing & Treasury, your responsibilities will include:
1. Debt modelling and follow-up
2. Review of financing contracts
3. Assisting top management in setting up new credit facility lines
4. Investment Analysis:
1. Tracking cash excess and proposing financing solutions
2. Recommending and implementing updates to investment guidelines
3. Measuring portfolio performance and reporting to financial governance and the board
4. Conducting analytical risk assessments for new prospects
5. Liaising with credit insurance/brokers regarding prospects and clients
6. Investigating risky prospects based on internal and external data
7. Participating in meetings with external stakeholders to secure risks
8. Reporting risk KPIs via Power BI for financial governance
5. Cash Management:
1. Supporting cash forecasting operations
2. Analyzing group cash consumption and generation
3. Designing clear cash flow strategies
6. ESG Analysis:
1. Assisting the positive impact team with financial data collection
2. Supporting ESG analysis from the outset of business opportunities
3. Ensuring financing and investment strategies align with group values
4. Tracking ESG risks of investments
Your Profile:
* Master's degree in financial engineering, Corporate Finance, or Data Analysis from a top university
* Initial experience in finance
* Strong interest in Corporate Finance, Cash, Investment topics, and ESG
* Proactive, organized, and self-starting
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and Power BI
* Fluent in English and French
* Experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus
