GREA is an interprofessional citizen organization in Switzerland dedicated to addiction issues, committed to well-being together and human rights, active on interprofessional, inter-cantonal, and inter-institutional levels. It includes more than 400 members. Following the departure of the incumbent, GREA is announcing a vacancy for the position of General Secretary (100%).Your main tasks:- Manage reception and office tasks, logistics, processing and writing of correspondence.- Support the team in logistics, follow-up of courses, and management of speakers and participants.- Assist the finance and accounting manager, particularly with invoice entry.- Supervise the training of a commerce apprentice.- Support logistics, facilities management, and events.- Update the website content and the contact database.- Actively contribute to the life and activities of GREA.You have:- A vocational certificate as a commercial employee or relevant experience in a company.- Excellent mastery of French and office tools.- Good knowledge of accounting.- Knowledge of Adobe tools, particularly InDesign.- Basic knowledge of CMS (WordPress), CRM (Pipedrive), and social media.- Flexibility, autonomy, interest in dynamic and diverse work.- Clear sensitivity to addiction issues, marked knowledge or interest in the field.What we offer:- A supportive working environment within a committed team.- A variety of missions, with learning opportunities, and the possibility of actively contributing to a rich and dynamic field where competencies are valued.Start: as soon as possible or to be agreed upon.
