Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will collect and analyze financial metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve the financial performance of the Critical Power factory/manufacturing site as well as the Marketing & Sales organization.

Sie werden hauptsächlich verantwortlich sein für:
* Analyzing business performance, identifying financial drivers and market trends, and recommending improvement actions.
* Providing analytical support to the pricing manager.
* Driving commercial excellence in coordination with sales managers and order handling.
* Developing financial models, assessing product/business line profitability, and conducting variance and inventory analyses.
* Preparing and supporting financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
* Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions; ensure data quality across the division in reporting systems.
* Enhancing efficiency through automation, process optimization, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Qualifications for the role
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
* 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
* Experience working with other departments in a manufacturing environment (supply chain, marketing, engineering, etc.) is preferred.
* Experience in ERP (SAP) FICO module, Project System module, Power BI & Excel.
* Skilled in preparation, presentation, and understanding financial analysis and financial results as well as the implementation of action plans to improve financial analysis indicators.
* Experienced with forecasts for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
* Fluency in English and German enabling smooth communication is a must; knowledge of Italian or French will be an additional advantage.
* Willingness to travel for business purposes (minimum once per month to another ABB location in Quartino, CH).
