 
        
        Senior Customer Service Management Consultant (ServiceNow CSM) - DACH
Our client, a leading IT management and ServiceNow partner in the DACH region, is seeking a Senior CSM Consultant to join their team in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.
Role Overview:
Develop, implement, and optimize ServiceNow CSM solutions, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful ServiceNow initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Analyze and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions
 * Independently manage projects and sub-projects
 * Lead workshops and training sessions
 * Conduct client meetings and presentations (German & English)
 * Manage CSM integrations with other systems
 * Mentor project staff and transfer knowledge internally
 * Support sales activities
Candidate Profile:
 * Relevant degree or equivalent experience
 * Minimum 3 years ServiceNow experience, focusing on CSM
 * Strong knowledge of configuring, implementing, and managing CSM solutions
 * Experience integrating ServiceNow with other business systems
 * ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS certifications
 * JavaScript skills (desirable)
 * Fluent German and strong English
 * Structured, goal-oriented, and independent
 * Excellent communication and team skills
